that's one of those fiberglass tacoma conversion front ends... looks pretty bad on that one.

I guess factory taco parts work on these too? This one I found looks a lot better but I don't get the scion badge. lol

I don't think it would look that bad if it didn't have the hideous flares and they took the time to align the body lines. And a I have seen a few converted that actually look good.

The flares and that hood go together like peanutbutter and spaghetti. Nasty

I personally like the look of the Tacoma front end... but not that one posted from CL.

IIRC, the one part that is needed to make it work is the core support.

I think this one looks really sharp! I had no idea you could do something like this. You said all I would need is their core support? Would be a huge job...I might have to talk to the wrecken yard.

Lol I love people's rendition of a "cowl hood"

What he meant to say was "fake ass hood scoop"

Every 4Taco I've seen has been done well. Can't say the same for this one.

If he was lifted with a nice front bumper and an ok wheel offset/tire width, it actually wouldn't look that bad.

I have to admit though I can't stand seeing trucks driving around with fender flares when they have stock suspension, makes no sense.

this one guy on here and the other forum had an epic build thread on this with a very good looking silver/white one, but he deleted all of his pics and threads fo some unknown reason.....

Yeah, there are quite a number of threads on these conversions. I personally love it if it is done stock, not that weird wide conversion kit in the CL post.

I hate the scion badge too. I said he did it to be funny and then liked it. I say it slapping tits on a bull.

I aslo love the mod when it's done right. I always said (before I bought my front bumper) that if anything happened to my front-end, I was going to do that. That black one is nice. Only change I'd make is to add a scooped hood!
