Anyone know the cubic inch displacement of the 3.4 engine (without looking it up)?

I was reading my owners guide the other night and saw the figure for cubic inch displacement for the 3.4. Does anyone know this number off the top of your head? This means without doing the litre to cubic inch conversion and without looking in your owners guide or on the internet.

6.2l is what a 402 so my guess is 205

Well, it's technically 3378 (not 3400) cm cubed, times basically .061 if you round to the nearest thousandth so that's just a tad bit more than 206 inches cubed. It's probably closer to about 206.15 inches cubed.

May I ask why you post a picture of your intake on every post? Is this to help us guess on your question? Or does it give you more cubic inches. LOL

I usually add a recent pic to most of my posts. Photos make threads much more interesting in my opinion. The Injen air intake is my most recent mod, so that is what I have been posting recently. Before that it was my Sport Hood. I also figured that since this thread was about engine size that a photo of a 206.1 cubic inch engine made the most sense.

Awesome, I like it. Good answer. Pic of my old 405whp AWD Talon.

OK, without looking it up, what is the valve seat contacting width spec. for the 5VZ-FE in either inches or millimeters?

:)

Is that the same as valve clearances? Those are like .18mm for intake and .32mm for exhaust. Please don't ask me how I know this stuff. I'm literally reading the entire FSM right now for fun :-P

is this 4runner trivia? lol Give us something chalenging haha like what turbo would have the proper flow rate for 8psi with an efficency of 65% at WOT. Or a bit simpler what is the dispacement of the 2nd gen (4thgen) TRD S/C

The 2002 4Runner has 426 cubic inches of displacement.

It might seem ironic but it is exactly the "stated" displacement x 2 plus a "fudge factor".

If you go test drive a 2015 Dodge Hemi Challenger and pull off the plastic cover over the motor, what do you think it says?

3400 24V. Yeah, *****es!

:-)
