How to tell a slightly overweight woman - she aint fat...
Generally i ride by myself in my truck... So i decide to take a friend for a drive...to go get Ice-cream... I bank a right hand turn into the place.. and all of a sudden i hear that.."not enough clearance" sound... to tell you the truth it's the first time I've ever heard it coming from that side..
"Whats that noise"? she said.... "Tire Clearance noise" No worries about it...
"Did your truck just tell me i'm fat?" Again... No....sweetie dont worry about it...
She would not leave it alone..... she ate half of her $6 Ice cream and then threw it away...
I knew i was in for it...
To prove it does it all the time we switched places... even drove BACK into the Ice cream joint to prove it.... Not a peep
OK, she has me by about 5-10lbs . I'm 190 6ft. She's about 5'10- tall girl...
Got her calmed down but she was till crying...
After work today... anything that looked like plastic or that would make a woman cry is marked for the Dremel.
Is there anything that i need? or shouldn't cut?
Thanks.

Whats legit is 1/3 of americans are obese and another 1/3 are overweight. Its not a joke and the punchline sucks. I had to take a BFH to the pinch weld when I put 1.25 spacers and 275/70/16s. You should be able to see where it was rubbing
This was totally legit.... I understand that it might be funny.... but trust me on this... it wasn't meant to be...

This reminded me more of the opposite as I tend to cause the vehicle to rub versus my passenger side. I know that due to my surgery I can't do a lot of things I used to. I watch what I eat but I do battle depression and the likes. I easily fall into the 2/3 category and will be like this for the rest of my life. Now I all know the feeling of that affect as I have done the 10.00 Icecream and thrown it away, but that's a fact most people have/deal with to a degree.
Now, I've lifted mine, adjust my coil on the driver side to be stiffer and have gone to town on the pinch weld. It no longer rub's even turning and full flexing it.
Now if I could only get a non male to be a passenger in my rig...haha
Something is wrong with you suspension, worn out or whatever. I regularly carry the gf + 1000lbs of gear/feed and there is no rubbing during any driving situation including lots of offroading. Or maybe you have some loose plastic underneath the front tires....

Better pray to god your woman doesn't see this thread haha. This should be protected by a passcode. ..... But yeaaa it's like that song....
" if you feeling overweight girl, drop a couple pounds ....."
Never heard the song, but that's kinda how I feel. If she's so big the truck screeches on her side, no amount of 'comforting' will fix that...the truck has spoken. Really not trying to be mean, but geez. You'll be babysitting this one all your life.
And if she only has 5-10lbs on you, weight probably wasn't the issue anyways. Going over the bump too fast, or something to that effect, was.
I don't think it's worth chopping up your rig just to spare some feelings. That'll destroy your resale value (at least you'll have a colorful anecdote). Now, getting a lift is a different story.
Sorry if this was mean, but a serious answer to this has to be a bit stern.
