Well you have a few options Here. You can replace with new or used one.
Which still isnt going create an issue as your nuts and studs the nuts are really rusty and would most likely snapped if removed.
So what I did was clean the threads up with a tap. M6 x 1.0. Then place washers over the rusted bolt.l with one washer to tighten down with a new nut.
Cleaned it up and painted with high temp paint.
