SHROCKWORKS group buy April 2020
Hey all,
There was some interest on the facebook page about doing a group buy for 15% off Schrockworks products. I spoke to them today and they said they don't normally do them this time of year but that they would because of the virus.
Once we have 20 comments on here of people who are willing to buy at 15% off, they will give me a coupon code to distribute!
Who's interested?
Please comment with which product you are interested in!

Not sure if I'm correct or not but I believe the rules say you need to post that:
https://www.toyota-4runner.org/group-buys/
Although its nice to see it here in the 3rd gen forums

I've got their rear bumper and tire carrier sitting in my garage waiting for install, and it's a damn nice piece.

I have their front bumper and sliders on my 4Runner. They are very well built setups.
But maybe I could do some skids now? hmmm I have an aluminum front skid right now and am 50/50 on it.

You would have already had 20 people signed up had you posted this in the correct section, and that's the " Group Buy" sub category. If you post there you'll reach more members than just the 3rd Gen members, and reach the number in a few days. Shrockworks GB's always attract a lot of members.

Group Buy Section PLS
Agreed, could a mod please move this to the Group Buy section?
There are currently multiple people trying to coordinate a group buy for the forum with SW and I can imagine that's confusing for them. Thanks for coordinating, OP.

Not the mention the OP hasn't been on the forum since 4/20.

True, Didn't even notice that.
I'll just order the sliders.
Unless someone wants to call Shrockworks and do this properly.

Do you want to take this on?
Just spoke to Mark st SW and said the same thing he would need twenty or so orders and would only apply to 4Runner products. I would start the group buy thread but I just joined so I don't have that capability yet.
Thanks

I ran the SW group buy last fall but I know Bluesky 07 was also trying to coordinate one for the spring. He'd do a great job with it if he'd be willing to take it over.
It's unfortunate that people set up these opportunities and then ghost vendors (I'm speculating that's what happened here, no offense intended to OP), makes it tougher for them to want to participate.
