ridies.com Leather Replacement Seat Covers
I have been wanting to try these guys for a while now... really the quality is top notch and leather is excellent IMO.
$474.95 for both fronts and head rests is not bad, I did upgrade mine to the Nappa Full-Grain Leather. yea fancy pants I know.
I will add a section to my build once I get a chance to install them

I think these covers are the best option for anyone wanting to keep the OEM seats without going full-balls and trying to become a grandma level efficient sewer in the garage overnight lol.

Napa is extra sweet, have some in a kia, solid, looks like it can last forever (thick).
Gonna add some new or additional foam? You're already there....

HAHA - I deserve that although I was trying to keep it a 'secret'. I have worn Carhartt since the 80's, but as with all good things the cool kids figure it out and Carhartt now supports graffiti art shows and skater-wear.

I picked up totally new OEM seat foam(bottom and back) for this truck 2 years ago so they are good to go, I'm waiting on the hog rings from the jungle website.

I used to think they were only for the weak minded, but after having seat heaters now it's standard equipment and I have changed my mind as those who have seat heaters are actually the smart ones.
this winter was brutal cold and it's really nice. after a week straight of single/below zero seat heaters are the way.

Not really needed here in SoCal, though kind nice in the 'winter' with leather seats. I wouldn't add it to a car, but I would fix if it broke in my equipped cars...

I think the vent under the steering column works pretty well pointed accurately hot or cold.

Looks like they do custom colors? I think the only color leather 3rd Gens came with was Oak. I'll be following along to see how these look mounted. Great that you got new foam. As far as the heat option, I turn mine on sometimes even when the temps warm up a little, just to have that warmth on the lower back.

they did make blue leather and grey as well. I did consider attempting to match the moonmist blue and do the center sections to that color but we decided black all the way. IMO it all ends up a shade of black in the end so why not just start with black?
after I got done killing my hands on the driver seat the cat jumped right up and sat down, so it's officially approved
