Unhappy 3rd Gens and 4th Gens EVERYONE PLEASE READ!!!

I couldnt think of a title

Is there anything on 4th gens that fit on or work in 3rd gens. Theres an 04 being parted out in my area and its pretty much the rarest thing to see, so I want to go snag some stuff but I dont know if theres anything I could use? If anyone knows or has an idea, please let me know

I don't think so and I've never seen anything carried over except the faux skidplate and that still requires different brackets.

4th gens are a complete redesign from 3rd gens.

ok here's the listing. I dont know why I thought it was an 04
It's an 05 limited. Even if something has to be slightly modified, this is to rare of an opportunity to pass up.

from what i remember they still have projectors in the fog lights, but once they put them in the headlight housing they took them out of the fogs.

... you could always try and fit the front seats in....

orrr you could try and do an engine swap

Yeah 03-05 4Runners had projector fogs but then changed to halogen style when the low beam/high beams switched to projectors...shiesty

Really? You gotta update us on how that goes. Seeing that finding the manuals up here are so difficult, this was something I considered because I see the autos up here that have way lower mileage than the manuals and thought about getting an automatic one and swapping in a manual tranny.

I will for sure. The swap wont be hard especially since technically Im down grading The problem Im actually having is selling my auto! Know one wants one and you can find them everywhere. I actually got pretty lucky on the manual I found. This is actually a really weird, small world and kind funny story. I sold a subwoofer on craiglist to a guy back in January and the guy had a 2000 Tacoma V6 4x4 5spd. Well I used to have the exact same truck so we started b.s.ing for a while and I told him to keep my number in case he ever rolled it so I could steel some parts from him (I was being funny). So he laughed, told me the same and we went our seperate ways. Haha go figure, 2 weeks ago I get a call from an unkown number and a guy saying "umm remember that guy you sold your sub to? ya I just rolled my Tacoma and Im parting it out. You still want my tranny?"
