New Corner lights and bumper lights!

However, I'm having a hard time installing both of them. First off, the corners just won't be plugged in easily. It's like as if I got the wrong model. Bumper lights.. jesus christ. I'm seriously having a hard time keeping it on with my limited space of screwing it in and whatnot. Any suggestions? I haven't gotten a lift jack or whatever you call it because I'm more concerned for my truck rather than something like that even though it could have helped me out a lot.

I got those, just switch out the actual thing you plug in, I had to on mine cuz you're right, its not the same.

Just reuse everything aside from the lenses themselves.

I did exactly that with neondials's corners.

I purchased the same ones this afternoon off Ebay.... So, are they not cut to the proper dimensions? Or, is it a cumbersome install due to the area/parts?

What am I in for????

Both, and I'll try to take off the cap. it seems like it won't come off. The new cap won't fit into the stock one. :|

Yeah, the new connector is not the same one for our 4Runners


just take the old bulb piece thing from the old corner and use it in the new one. it works just fine.

They definitely won't fit the ones where you connect the new corner lights to the stock thing. I don't know what you call it but but for the corner lights, they will fit but putting them back on is a pain and I gave up on it and decided to tape it (Not visible though) to make it actually stay on.

Good lord! I finally installed my corner lights but I saved the old bulb for the new corner lights. Let's just say it's ugly and tanish color. Jesus, is there any alternatives to this strategy? And for the blinker lights, I will be doing it tomorrow after school.
 
Check ebay for LED replacements for the corner bulbs and you'll get your nice amber or even white color from your corners.
 
Oh believe me, I'm definitely doing that. I'm going to probably go with extreme bright white because I'd like it to match with my HID's as well. :D I hope the blinker lights won't be a pain today after I get out of school. :|

To each their own but I never hopped on the clears wagon. Watch out though, states are outlawing them now, pretty sure in Georgia its illegal now

Bingo! Me too. I think the orange looks good. I do wish I had the '01-'02 tail lights though.
