:shrug: So for the last two weeks I have been noticing a reoccuring problem with my 4runner. Every time that I get into it and start it up and put it straight into drive and let off the break it does not move. I press the gas pedal and my rpm's just go up but the car still doesn't move till after maybe about 5-10seconds and when it finally does move it's like a sudden jolt like the back tires just released. I first thought I had my E-Break still up but ya that has not been the case. Does anyone know what this is, the car does not seem to be having any trouble at all shifting between gears as I drive, doesn't even sound funny sounds normal. Only happens when I start the car and get ready to go somewhere. A few days ago I put the car into 4wd High and drove a few feet, then switched it back to 2wd and ever since then it has not happened. So i dont' know if that was it or not, but does anyone have any idea what this is or had it happened to them before. Thanks!!!
By the way the tranny fluid has been replaced recently and there have been no leaks or anything coming from underneath the car.
