importance of adjustable trac/panhard bar

I'm trying to decide whether its worth it to get an adjustable trac/panhard bar. The info on Sonoran Steel's website make it sound like it would be a good investment to pair with my lift kit. I would like my truck to drive straight like it does now after I get the lift installed. Is it worth buying one? Would it be necessary?

yes and no. I did 890 coils and 10mm trim spacers in back on my 2002 and I did buy the adjustable bar.
the overall length difference between stock and the ajustable was maybe a quarter of an inch.
$175 plus shipping for 1/4 inch. Is it worth it?
If you go more than 4-5 inches I can see the need for panhard/axle swing correction, but its your money, you call.
