Im not really sure what to do. Stealership maybe??

I replaced the plugs about 3,000 miles ago and its had its regular maintenance. It has 80k on the clock. I have an obd2 interface and I noticed that the idle speed with the A/C off is rather low at about 420 rpms and about 600 when on. Another thing I noticed is one of the o2 sensors reads much higher then the other one. At 1,000 rpms #1 is around .225 and #2 is around 3.500. Im unsure if any of this information helps but I figured I should list it. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
For one thing it takes longer than ten minutes to charge a battery.
