I dont know what is in the cleaners you used but the Toyota wheels have a clear coat on them so you don't clean them like an ordinary aluminum wheel. Hopefully all that has happened is that the cleaner attacked the clear coat. You may be able to sand out the blemish and just shoot that spot with new clearcoat.
