Strange clank in front while applying breaks in reverse

When I apply my breaks in reverse I get an odd clank/click noise. Has any had a similar issue? 04' v8 roughly 145k.

Any thoughts... Thanks

One side?
Both sides?
Middle?

Could also be loose caliber bolts or worn control arm bushings off the top of my head.

Thanks for the reply. It seems to be on the front passenger side only. It does need a brake job.

The click sound some are referring to on the brakes, when your pads wear down they start to make this sound around the half way point. Will go away when replaced on that part or as OLJEDI states, you can add a plate if not ready to replace.

The rears do the same also, just doesn't wear as fast.
