Quick fj coil question

If I wanted to do the swap to fj springs, would I need oem fj springs or could I get like autozone replacements or something? Also, a set of fj wheels for sale in my area for 475. Good price or no?

Any 4Runner replacement will work. I originally put FJ coils on my XREAS shocks and a lot of guys use FJ coils with the Bilstein 5100 replacements for the 4Runner.

And also, what year would be the best? And how much of a lift would it give me?

Yes sir. I netted 1" up front and 3/4" in the back from the FJ coils alone. I added a 1/2" thick spacer up front for an additional inch of lift to level it out.

I was given a Revtek lift, which composed of two spacers up front and two shocks and spacers for the rear.

My question is, if I buy FJ coils, will they give me additional lift? My initial thought was yes it will.

Agree/disagree?

Short and sweet, yes they will, about 1/4" to 1/2"
