The T-Belt really wasn't that bad, as long as you're meticulous and anal about following directions. I used THIS WRITEUP as the primary write-up alongside the TSM, and THIS VIDEO if I needed any additional reference. Maybe Zak will post that picture of me in the engine bay lol. And BTW Matt if you ever need a hand on any of your work let me know. I'm down for another wrench day.

Great job on the build - your truck is as nice as they get! But I am sorry, because I'm gonna have to clone it and make it my own.

Thats very nice!

Been getting some requests for Bussmann box parts list. So here's a quick breakdown. Be sure to double check it but I'm pretty sure it's everything you'll need to build the box with some wire leads.

Also...the box part number is for the 2 bussbar model.

Enjoy!

Brian, a thought occurred to me when someone else was asking about the fairing template. The outline you scanned may be just a bit larger than the actual template so folks may want to cut just inside the line as of opposed to 'on the line'.

I realize it may sound like a minor thing, but my fairing was made to fit pretty flush w/ the WMW lower crossbar (thereby negating any light cutoff/blockage for a LED bar mounted behind it). Figured it was worth mentioning.

Hey Hokie! I am thinking I am going to be making one of these boxes as a learning experience, and I have a couple of questions before I start that I was hoping you could answer.

1. First and foremost, there are two posts on the fuse box, which I am assuming are the hot and ground. The hot is the post by the "fuse jumpers" and the ground is the other post near all the relay pins right?

2. What gauge wire did you run to the batteries and did you run a fuse or circuit breaker in between (if so, what size?)

3. Are the three other wires in the fuse bank your "12v constant, ground, and illumination" wires in the diagram you drew out? If so, what do you mean by the ignition wire? I know it's for the independent LEDS on the switch, but how did you make this wire work?

4. Finally, is this box constantly powered, or is it wired in a way that everything only works with the car ON?

Sorry about all the questions, but I really want to make sure I get this right the first time!

This is definitely one of my favorite builds! I upgraded my head unit and I am hoping to add an amp and sub next.

Go Hokies!

Hi Matt, awesome build! I am in the process of doing the Energy Suspension LCA bushings and wanted to ask how yours have been since install? My concern in noise over time and not being able to lube them. I have been trying to devise a way of installing zerk fittings to make things serviceable. I’m super impressed with your wiring, great job.

Thanks

James
