I would highly recommend having a shop do it. I took mine to my buddies shop, they had them done in minutes with a really nice heavy duty compressor. I would have rented a tool normally but as I was looking at my springs, I didn't want toes with those spring rates and have something fail with those cheesy rental springs compressors.
$20 is a great deal, I paid $40 and I felt it was extremely fair.
