zerk fittings coupler size?

What coupler size do you guys use for the zerk fittings? I'm using the one that came with the pistol gun and everytime when i try to add grease on the fittings, the grease doesn't seem like its going inside of the fittings. It just leave a bunch of grease on the out side of the fittings.

Standard size that came with the grease gun should work... Try using something to push in the little ball valve on the zerk. I find it also helps to make sure the coupler is straight on the fitting and apply some pressure to it. It might take a few tries/adjustments before the grease starts going in.
