Ditching jbl need to know what wires to connect

I have the tyto-01 adapter and head unit turns on and everything. I even got the steering wheel controls working. I was hoping to hook up to factory speakers and bypass jbl. Amp. I wired it up but no sound. I'm wondering if the wires just go back to the amp and I need to jumper them again.i also been looking at diagrams online . Is there only 2 speakers in the harness up front? I'm probably going to run my own wire but I was wondering if there are wired from head unit area to all 4 speakers? Just two? Or just to the amp?

Why would you want to ditch the amp? The OEM amp is matched to the OEM speakers and it puts out more power than the little amp inside your replacement stereo. The stock JBL speakers are also 2 ohm which will make your new stereo run very hot. Leave it alone, trust me, you'll be sorry if you don't.
 
If you want to completely ditch JBL, I THINK there is a Metra JBL bypass kit you can use. Or you have to run completely new wires from the speakers. I did this a few months ago and ran into some issues.

I ran new speaker wire from all the speakers and connected them up front to a metra 71-1761 ( I think). That gave me an OEM 4runner non-jbl wire base to plug into say a stock radio. I was also lucky enough to pick up OEM speaker connectors from a junk yard nearby for a few bucks.

Then I used an adapter harness that plugs into the car's big JBL plug ( I used the TYTO harness since I was changing over to a maestro I-datalink) and made a harness that connected the wires I needed to complete the Metra 71-1761 harness, like the illumination and power antenna wires. That allowed me to not have to cut any wires at all.

My big problem here, which I think is with the maestro kit, is that the power antenna stays hot with the car off. This created a parasitic drain issue which wasn't a problem during normal life. But I left my car parked for a few weeks and it died. When I connect the Maestro directly to the JBL harness instead of my 'non-JBL harness', I don't get the parasitic drain issue. So not sure what's up with that.
