I have tested the draw using a "True RMS mini clamp meter" on the negative battery lead. I have been getting 0.172 amps on the 2A setting. This is after ten minutes of a door being open. Does that seem like a excessive draw? I have pulled some fuses and it seems to drop lower when I pull the "spare" fuse. I know this is dealer installed fuse that powers up another circuit. Thanks for the help. Trying to stay away from the dealer.

Try the same test and disconnect all the aftermarket stuff. If the current draw changes then you know what the problem is. 99% of the time any chinese made aftermarket product of any type is to blame. If the current draw is the same it is possible that you have an electrical problem - many years ago on another 4runner I found out that the alternator itself can short and cause battery drain. But first try removing the aftermarket stuff and whatever that dealer fuse thing goes to.
