I think it looks pretty cool, especially since they are homemade. If I were to do them, I would probably have them punched on a louver press though to avoid the sharp points, and add structural integrity, but the ones you did definitely add to look of your truck.

Here are the louvers I had punched in stainless for my ‘65 Cobra replica.
