I have the 90 degree versions like the link with the catalyst.
From what I've read they clear the floor better & makes it easier to double up if necessary.

Yes, I have them in stock, and Doug Thorley even moved the O2 bungs to make them fit perfect now with lots of clearance. I've sold over 100 of these (they eliminate the CEL) and are inexpensive. Call or text me if you need to order them, 717-319-2100

All those are doing is moving the o2 sensor further away from the flow of exhaust gas so that they are reading less information. Some people need more spacers than others. It's basically guess and check until it works.
To me, it seems more reliable to just have a mini-cat right before the sensor so that it's reading filtered gas flow no matter where it's located. Getting a quality manufactured one is the kicker. Someone posted an amazon link (might have been
@ Satori
) to some that worked well for them, but the reviews showed mixed results. I think it was these. Negative reviews could be a quality control issue or user errors. I believe
@ duffdog
custom machines some, but they are a bit more than I wanted to pay, despite them likely being excellent quality. Out of respect, I won't speak for him on the price in case my information is out of date.
Also, Post #255 in this thread is the Gospel. Read it.

I understand that they are expensive when compared to the ebay versions. I can't justify my machining time for any less money, but I have confirmed that I get 10% proven better mpg with the machined mini cats than with the inexpensive versions on amazon. I'm not actually sure that the ebay/amazon units contain legit cat material.

Yep, I've tried to get my hand involved in all that I can with these. Just makes it easier for the end customer. I just looked again and I've sold over 115 sets of these headers BEFORE this group buy started, so it's more than that now by far. On average customers have been getting 3-4 more MPG and no check engine lights with my spacers. Now, that's on a stock truck, not lifted. My other other customers with have 3" lifts, 285's and new front/rear bumpers, etc, getting about 2 more mpg, but hey.. at that point any gain is welcome, lol!
Again, if anyone has any install questions, etc, you can always call or text 717-319-2100 and I can also point you to an installer in your area, OR if your IN PA WE CAN INSTALL FOR YOU! Have done it many times, and no cels, not to worry.
ALSO, keep in mind when me and Doug Thorley says ship Dec 13, that's aprox date if ceramic gets the headers back in time. That doesn't always happen but it should be around that date. As we get closer to that date I should be able to give a more definite answer of eact shipping times

Should I be replacing the manifold gasket as well while I'm in there? $50 a side.

And does anybody know the specs on the Titanium studs/nuts as far as what tools I need to tighten them?

Alright I answered my own question. 05-09 headers come with gaskets.
Interest in Custom built 4th gen V8 4.7 Doug Thorley Headers

I emailed DT a while ago asking about gaskets. I drive an ‘03. They told me the headers will come w/ gaskets, and the air injection section can just be trimmed off. Apparently the oem gaskets are good to reuse as well.

What are the single manifold ones you've seen? Links?
I'm no expert on turbo systems design but as far as I know I haven't seen a twin turbo V8 where both turbos are on the same side.
1UZ and 3UZ headers/manifolds should work too.
