Question for guys with factory rear spoliers

I'm curious what the liftgate looks like from the inside, are the holes covered with plugs and do you have an extra wiring harness going to the spoiler?

The left side is the wiring and the spoiler is held down by 2 clips on the outside and 2 screws from the inside which are covered by the 2 black plugs.

Take off the 3rd brake light and maybe use a endoscope camera

So those people who say even the factory spoilers are drilled are wrong it would seem. Thanks you for the pic, that's very informative.
