We just installed suspension from TRD offroad (I think it was a 2023) on my nephew's 4th gen. We did the UCAs, and all springs and shocks... nephew says it leveled the truck better and is driving nice... my buddy gave us the take offs, so the price was right, for sure... there was nothing special about doing the install, things just bolted right on... you may have to shave down some bushings, but it was a straight up replacement with no customizations for us...
We did gave to pull the battery to do the driver side UCA and the passenger side had some maneuvering and pipe moving to get around the radiator lines.
