4Runner pulled a tree out of the ground today. Question about 4LO

Well, 2000 miles on it and today pulled its first tree out. 15 foot pine and was going up hill to pull it. :D When in 4LO the traction control light would flash every time there was wheel spin. Shouldnt this all be automatically shut off in 4LO? It seems like it will be annoying in deep mud.

Traction light, should be ATRAC working. VSC can be defeated if you lock the center diff. The 2008 has a VSC off button, so it can be defeated if even with the center diff unlocked.
