Where are the return air ducts?

I need to spray some disinfectant into the "return air ducts" on recirculate mode. Does anyone know exactly where to find these? Looked everywhere with a flashlight and cannot find them. Thanks.

Thanks. I replace or vaccum every couple months.

Today I tried something new. Put a new cabin filter in and washed the old one, dried it in the sun, and sprayed with Lysol. It looks mint.
