newbie- first question

My truck drives straight- no alignment issues. However, at any speed, the steering wheel has a steady vibration. It drives me batty. It just shakes a little bit both ways. I've had the tires balanced and I switched the front driver's side and rear wheel and same thing. BTW she has 164k. Help would be most appreciated!!!!

The search results pulled up information for the recent model t4r so I assume that won't be applicable here. Thanks!
