Some call the grill gaurds damage multipliers as when they do get struck they cause way more damage then without.
I like the tail light guards, but have heard the same with those too.
I would save the money and put it towards an ARB. If my runner didnt have 166k on it I would put out the money for an ARB as they are a sweet setup.
Nice find on the 4runner too!
