I think the Auto LSD is only for 2WD models? Here is a quote from that pocket reference guide:

Push the “AUTO LSD” switch when the vehicle is

4WD models would lock the center differential to get out, I guess this is something for the 2WD. I would think TRAC would do it automatically but maybe its a more agressive mapping for when you're really stuck...
