Just moved my diff breather to behind the driver side tail light. Simple easy mod to get things started, ordered the union from the local toyota dealer ~$8 and picked up 6 feet up hose, SST hose clamps and some teflon tape. The whole mod took me about 1.5 hrs; I took my time and was happily able to plumb it into the trunk though the plastic caps that were located on the frame behind one of the trunk panels.

I removed the caps and cut holes where I fed the hose through, after the completion I sealed any gaps with some weather-proof caulking. The completed job looks really clean where the breather sits. I liked this look better than when people put them next to the gas line. It took a little more time, but I like it better not next to the gas line
