Additional power outlet on back of center console

I know there is a thread covering this somewhere, I just cannot find it after several searches over the past day or so.

But has anyone added either an additional power outlet or USB power port on the back of the center console. The 4runner has more power outlets than any vehicle I've ever owned, however there isn't one that the back seat passengers can use to plugin iPads etc.

Any help appreciated, apologies for not being able to find the thread, I'm sure I read such a thread on here, but cant find it now.

Thanks. I did see that one, but I recall a more detailed write up somewhere with 2 1 port sockets on either side of that panel.
 
To tie in with this existing thread, has anyone found 2amp USB plugs that we can mount? I really like Shawn's install, and would like to do the same thing. I just need to do it with 2amp plugs so that my Nexus 7 will charge.

I have found the same plug ins that he used, but haven't found a 2amp version.

Anyone find something that matches the description? It would be nice to do a clean install vice using a 12v adaptor.

Seems like a great option, but some of the reviews on Amazon say that, although rated for 2.1amps, it isn't charging devices that actually need 2amps. My Nexus 7 needs 2amps - hence the possible issue.

Any chance you're using a 2amp device in yours and could confirm / deny the reviews others have posted? This is definitely a possibility if in fact it spits out 2amps.

Sorry - I use a Droid phone and it uses 1a
 
after reading about the product a little more than the glancing that I have been... It seems that it will charge 1 (one) device at the rated 2.1 or 2 amp rating. SO you will only be able to use one port for the ipad / nexus 7 charging.
