Lift kit shipped today, arrives next Wednesday, crossing fingers to have everything installed by Saturday.

What do you use your Yakima Skybox for mostly/how did you decide on that model and size?

Your truck looks awesome btw and i love those wheels.

I think it will be a good option, looking forward to testing it out once everything arrives and is installed.

It was based on most usable lockable space and most usable space in between it and my awning where I can add 3 front runner boxes, chainsaw, 2 aluminum camping tables and a few other odds and ends. My requirements are for myself, girlfriend and 236lbs of Akitas living in comfort backcountry so measured accordingly for everything that would be going up there knowing that there needs to be enough room for the passenger front seat to recline for sleeping for long trips. Pups take up the rest of the space in the back.

Was hoping for more of the project to be completed by now however shipping is taking longer than anticipated (2 days later than quoted, so a monthish late total), is what it is. Sliders installed today, and front bumper removed, just dropped off all of the lift kit to the shop except the rear shocks which are in UPS land somewhere waiting to be delivered friday, fingers crossed that they arrive tomorrow. Looking forward to what is completed tomorrow.

They had it up on the hoist today and started on the suspension, thinking if they don't finish the project soon I may just fall in love with this older dodge caravan they gave me as a loaner, and ask to keep it.

Picked it up today, looks and drives great, got a couple of things to do ie fit the Pelfreybilt bumper a little closer to the headlights and add the warn winch remote. Other than that loving it and hoping to have time to have some fun in the mountains this weekend if we do not get to much rain.
