Rear wheel out of alignment

After installing spidertrax spacers I noticed that my drivers side rear wheel is tilted.... I thought it might be the spacer or the wheel so I swapped them. Same issue. My passenger side is completely straight. Anyone have an idea what might cause this or what I can do to fix it? I don’t think there is any adjustment that can be done... something must be bent.

I'd try to jack and support everything, then roll the tire to see if it wobbles or if it stays this way.

If it wobbles you may have a bent axle flange (I assume it's a semi-float... still learning). If it stays tilted you may have a bent axle housing.

There isn't much to align in the rear beyond pinion angle and axle center. Both require adjustable arms/links.
 
Wow, Not good! I've no idea why but it doesn't look good. Solid rear axle should have wheels at 90 degree to itself. I hope you get that fixed.
 
Spacers or anything else on the suspension won't change the camber angle of the rear wheels. You could take the axle completely off the truck and it wouldn't change - perhaps a tiny bit due to flex due to weight but nothing that should be measurable with a bubble level.

He put wheels spacers on his hubs.

Did you look into this? I did confirm the axle is a semi-float which means the axle shaft not only provides the rotation for movement but also carries the rig.

If the flange that the wheel bolts to is bent it will wobble when rotated. You may even be able to see this while going down the road a low speeds by adjusting your door mirror to look at the tire. If it doesn't wobble you are looking at VERY bad bearings or a bent axle housing. The axle housing looks pretty beefy to me but I don't know if it's a weakness.

I haven't done that yet but it is next on my list! I am also going to just take the spacers off. Will report back!
 
Tires bulge out on the bottom more than the top, due to the compression of the weight of the vehicle. Try like checking against the rim like someone else mentioned.

Bought it new in 2015. Never had a real accident but my wife (girlfriend at the time) backed it into a mailbox 3 months after I bought it. Only damage was a small dent in the bumper cover on the pass side.
 
You may not have a completely level garage floor too. It might be worthwhile to jack up that side of the axle, remove the wheel, and then adjust the jack until the axle shows level. Then put your level against the hub and see whether that looks plumb.
