I have the Eibach coils with my Toytec kit and Bilstein shocks. They are probably the best coils I've ever had on any 4x4 I've owned.

+2.75" front and +1" rear seems a bit strange. It's going to be butt sagging pretty good like that.

That's what I thought also and was hoping someone else had them to chime in, maybe they are adjustable?

I googled "Eibach pro truck", yielded a taco and a tundra install, mentioned they are adjustable shocks like bilsteins. What I like is the Eibach appear to have alloy spring seats?? so it won't rust, like the spring seat that comes with the old bilstein 5100 part numb. I also checked Toytec website, indicates they can be adj from 0, .07, 1.4 and 2.5 in front lift height. If it comes with matching eibach springs for the rear, I think that's a good deal for a suspension upgrade

Looks great, any difference in height after the springs settled?

I LOVE how this looks - almost got me ordering the kit.

But I am putting on rock sliders, RCI aluminum skid package, and probably a roof rack sometime soon. Also probably a slimline bumper with winch.

I’m assuming I won’t get the 2.75” and 1” lift anymore? I think I can increase the front shocks to the first perch to accommodate just the front weight from the bumper/winch. The installation instructions say the first perch increases the lift from 2.75 to 3.4 (without added weight) which sounds like it would work to accommodate the increased weight. But I can’t increase the rear height from 1” - how much if any will it be squashed from the “distributed” weight of skids/slider/rack?

So this has me thinking that I should go Dobinsons where I can order coils that are meant to support a 100-200lb load from the get go

there are 2 guys from Canada who have a channel on youtube and they installed a eibach set on their 4runner, and seemed to love it.
(they also installed a SC for the engine too....)

Maybe you can answer this question LandCruiser? I currently have Bilstien 5100’s front and rear. Can I buy just the Eibach coils front and rear to achieve the same lift specs as the advertised Eibach Spring/Shock combo?

The Eibach front shock looks identical to the 5100’s. So... would I achieve the same lift using the lowest setting on the 5100’s? I don’t want the rear end to sag if the 5100’s on the lowest setting will give it a higher front lift if the shock is different from the Eibach’s

Thanks!

Which groove is everyone setting their lift to? Also are people using the bottom bushing that comes with the kit in the top hat and removing the factory one? Thanks in advance.

I've been running these shocks and front coils since April 2016 and the ride is still amazing after 20k miles of terrible pot-holed Honolulu roads and volcanic rocky trails. As I wrote before, I only used OME 895E coils in the rear because Eibach hadn't made them yet back then. I'm actually selling my current 15' Trail for a 18' ORP in the next few weeks and have already ordered this kit to go on the new rig.

Set the shock clip to bottom if using the included coil. As for the top hat bushings included, yes replace the OEM ones. It's kind of a PITA but definitely worth replacing.

Eibach ProTruck-Kit FTW
