Picked it up from fedex today. Box was way bigger than expected. Harder to hide it in the garage than my slimline bumper! Hopefully it's not noticed before i hopefully install on Tuesday.

I like mine as well. I don’t get any drone on the highway- guess it depends on your cruising speed. I’m usually 70-75. No issues.
I actually wish it was a bit louder outside the vehicle... Inside noise is perfect for me and hasn’t pissed off any passengers, yet.
Again, it’s no 5.0 Mustang with Flowmasters, but it’s something.

Just picked up mine from the dealer and installed it. I'd say I am happy with it so far, I am wondering if there will be any change in the structure of the sound after a few hundred miles of driving.
Currently, with all my interior noises (MTs and Gobi rack) I only really hear it to a loud point when first pressing the gas and crossing over 2k rev. While are driving speeds with constant pressure it's sound is not louder than everything else going on inside. With minimal radio added in, I'd forget it was added.
So, for those that want over the top loud pipes maybe this isn't the kit for you, but if you want a factory TRD option that sounds better than stock it works just fine.

anything special with install? Any tips? I am hoping to install mine tomorrow, seems pretty straight forward if you can get the bolts off to get the last portion off.
Anyone have the TRD intake AND TRD exhaust? Ive had intakes on other cars and was a little surprised by the sound increase on acceleration with just the intake, will be interesting to see how it is with exhaust as well (I've had hondas with intakes and exhaust in the past, so have done loud before). Hoping exhaust doesnt add much more.

Would a couple of Rhino Ramps help? I use them now and them (with a jack stand as backup) on both rear tires or one side to get access to Fluid Film the undercarriage.
I was thinking to drop the spare and put it on the ramps and take this on myself, local dealer said maybe 2 - 2.5 hours to install!?
If I understand the directions and notes here you are reusing the exhaust gasket on the front? Should I just replace it if I'm there anyway?

You would want to use stands under the frame so the rear spings will decompress lowering the rear axle, giving you more room to work.

It was VERY straight forward, break the stock bolts and mounts and it just goes right into place. Love OEM for that.
Yes, I am using the K&M intake and the front side was always louder with the open air flow now the rear equals that out. I am sure I am getting a small HP boost but that may just be all in my head. Sounds great though.

Yep, just got done. Way easier than expected (although havent driven around yet to make sure all is well). Hardest part was getting the rear tail pipe section off and back on again. The new tailpipe section has 3 bolts and was a bit wider, so I just took off the heat shield, slipped it in, reinstalled heat shield.

First thoughts....
-it was easy
-it looks good
-you can tell at start up and idle, just a slight rumble
-conservative driving you can hear a little
-regular driving it's there on acceleration
-hard acceleration is moderately loud
-cruising speeds not too noticeable
-havent driven on highway yet.
-some pro drivers are not going to like it
-glad I didnt get the Gibson
-someone earlier said with an intake the back matches the front and that's spot on. Definitely more noticeable since I did the intake and exhaust....wife hasn't been in the car yet, shes likely to notice.

With air tools and a lift this should be a 10-15 minute job.
It's a bolt on cat back exhaust, I ran a muffler shop for a while and could put a full set of dual exhaust on most trucks in 2 hours.
That included bending the pipe.

My Borla definitely changed tone a bit after breaking in for a couple hundred miles, it's pretty much the same with any exhaust
