No. Nothing crazy but it has some vibration only when A/C clutch kicks in and last for 2-3 seconds. In gear or while driving nothing at all.

Wow! Just watched your video, really bad, mine don’t do nothing close to it. Glad you solved that problem!

WTF Magnuson they look exactly the same, I hope something is different internally in this one. I’ll come back with an update after I’m done replacing my water pump.

What the heck, I hope it works out for you. I wish I knew what tensioner I have then.

Sent email to Magnuson pic of your tensioner was included. Trying to get logical explanation why people are getting different looking tensioner with the same part # . Hope they can clear that for us.

I got a response yesterday from Magnuson over my concern of the tensioner issue. I sent them pics of mine and they are sending me a new one. So it will be interesting to see which one I get.

I will say when I inatalled mine the overall thickness of the tensioner was less. I dont know if uou can see it in the picture but the black arm for the hose support had to be bent a little so that I could get the bolt started. The tension was definitely more than the other one, I used the same breaker bar on both and the new one was much harder to get the belt on.

Maybe we are looking at this all wrong. Maybe I am the one who got the wrong tensioner?
At least yours has a different part number now. Maybe it will be better.

this happened to me today too. I was freaking out because coolant was all over the place. What was the fix? If i put it close to one side itll be too close to the fan and if i put it the other side itll be hitting the belt.
