2015 Limited bumber faulty clip.
Hi there,
I want to check with the forum if anyone had issue with their 4Runner front bumper coming off on the top edges?
I had it happen on my wife's car and after the Toyota dealership fixed it (according to them they totally replaced bumper) it happened again.
Attached is pic of faulty clip.

Here we go again.......
must be a lemon
Also take a close look that clip is physically broken and im sorry to say but it will not break on its own. Something had to have been hit with that bumper.

Mine is like that. I think a clip got loose after I took off the bumper off a couple of time.

Well I'm gonna ask, have you bumped anything recently?
Also have you tried giving it a soft love tap with your hand and seeing it it pops back in place?
If it is defective and continually popping out, take it back to the dealer and have them check it out; best case they run up a TAS Case on the issue and they replace more parts.

I don't think it has been hit by hand or any other soft object. The only thing that might have done this could probably be car wash.
The side on the picture cannot be pushed back. After dealership fix now the other side is popping out too, but can be pushed back.
Also after first dealership visit the front light stopped working but they fixed it afterwards.
Going to have another visit to them again.

I don't mind filling out the TAS Case stuff, it's when you call in and the TAS Agent has barely idea on how the vehicle works let alone wants you to do ridiculously redundant testing and waste your time that it irks me. That and how long you're on hold sometimes.

I took mine back to the dealership two days after I bought it, they said I was sol. I've just had to live with it.

Mine has the same problem. I would pop it back in every time I saw it, but it's been happening so often that I'm just ignoring it now.
