Popping and Creaking in the Steering Wheel

Started noticing a pop/click/creak in the steering when turning right or left. Also, its started cooling off here in VA, temps in the 40-50s. Is this normal? Is this something that starts as the weather starts getting cooler?

2021 TRD ORP. 3800 miles.

If it just started, then its not normal. If it's noticeable and easy to replicate, take it to the dealer since still under warranty and get it documented in case it turn out to be something.
 
Firewall rubber boot. Put some silicone on where it makes contact with the steering shaft and it'll be fine.
 
Not normal. Take it in if it’s under warranty and let them worry about it.
