Cut out top cross bar of grill customization

Has anyone ever thought about Cutting out top cross bar of 4Runner grill?
More open look to grill.
Just a thought

thought about doing it since i have a plate bumper and worry about air flow, but they all look too "DIY" for me.

On my 2020 The Bar is one with part of lower Front.
All one piece.
On right end and left end would have to be cut from front.

I'm a 2010. I rammed though a tree branch for fun and it happened to break only the parts I'm going to delete for this beast mod. No cutting on the 2010 it's all clip in yay!

Oh no I have custom built bumper. I'm already wide open down there. Looks sick with the radiator exposed. I cut out all that extra hood latch crap and that bumper support thing and rerouted the electrical in front of the radiator so it's wide open. I'm talking about the upper section where he removed the Toyota emblem bar and plastic grill thing. Why didn't I already think of that can't wait
 
He added a truck grille. Can't remember if it's from a Tundra or Tacoma. Doesn't fit perfectly based on the videos he's posted but I think it looks really good. Definitely a unique look!

I'm deleting all the grill and emblem so all you see is radiator. All I need is the the arched painted piece like the first picture of the silver beast but with no grill. I built my bumper to blend into that piece so it will look seamless.

This is before I finished figuring the right design for under the headlights. Also those ugly silver radiator support tabs are getting cut off. Then my suspension will be looking hot from the front.
