Hey guys - looking for anyone who has had recent experience ordering from and dealing with Outgear Solutions, I really need my mind to be a bit more at ease with them.

I placed an order for a rear swing out bumper for my 5th gen a couple weeks ago, and I've already experienced the less than stellar communication issues I've seen others talk about on Reddit.

I absolutely love how the bumper looks. It looks solid, well made and the price is very reasonable. The problem isn't in the quality of their products, I've seen nothing but rave reviews, but more in their customer service and reliability in whether or not you'll get your product, from a few reviews I saw.

If you've ordered from them in the past 6 months and had to have your items shipped, how was your experience? Did they ship on time, or did they give you the run around for weeks telling you just a little bit more time. I've considered cancelling my order a few times now due to their communication issues in just the few weeks I've been waiting. But - I really want to trust them and hope I will actually receive my bumper in the time frame they said they could have it done and built the way I've requested it.

I swear, it's like pulling teeth just trying to get a response from them, and usually I only get half of my questions answered.
