BS. Bring it up to the manager at Firestone and tell him you'll take it somewhere competent and have them do it right and expect a refund. Not to be an A-whole but that's what I've learned to do from my past experiences. Good luck though, hope you get it fixed soon so those tires don't get too chewed up.
