Yuu will need to change the direction one more time.

If you want one winch set in the middle, this probably won't be possible with a smaller vehicle. If you pull from the top of the drum one the front and from the bottom for the rear it would work.

The best solution would be wheel with a buddy where each of you a winch have or mount two permanent winches. By the time you pay for all the fab work to make a mulit mount strong enough you could probably have almost enough for a couple of winches.
