take the nut off on the top, clean the threads and put some blue lock-tight on there and tighten it back up... let it set over night before driving it again you shouldnt have any more issues of the shock coming lose, also when you tighten the nut back down, use a large set of channel locks(adjustable pliers) and a rag over the teeth so you dont scar/chew up the paint on the shock tube and keep it from spinning as you tighten the nut down, maybe use a lock washer too.

X2- add a lock washer and you should be good, mine haven't come lose again. One of mine "squeaks" though which i don't know why.
