Too bad about the snow SCR. It seems like things are bad all over this year. Luckily NM and CO are getting some late season storms, so the riding has been good the last month or so.
I like what you did w/the tail lights. I was considering doing the same thing on the '97, but I've heard that VHT stuff is permanent, and can't be removed with paint thinner, acetone, etc. RE the little mods, just make sure you don't do them all and run out, because they're great for holding you over between bigger things.
BTW... I could see the strings.
