Front bumper bent up, new light install ?

I bought my '94 with the bumper bent upward in the front, down in the back (where it meets the wheelwell) from rear-ending someone. It also has two dents from the accident but that doesn't bother me much.
I saw on ebay "bumper brackets" to fit my truck for $7 each (left and right) plus shipping. Is this likely the cause of the sagging bumper? Seems like an easy fix for the biggest eyesore on the truck.
I'm also considering getting a new grill (as the old one is slightly bent from the accident and full of paint chips) and new clear front bumper and corner lights. Finally considering the silverstar bulbs that everyone here seems to like.

So...

I'd like some advice on taking the front end apart to put the new brakets on (if that's the problem), replacing the grill, replacing the corner and bumper lights and replacing the headlight bulbs. I am a newbie to this site and to working on my car. Would these procedures be too advanced for someone with common sense but no experience and not much in the way of tools? For example, if I determine bent bumper brackets to be the cause of my sagging bumper, am I likely to find that other parts in there are bent so I can't swap them out easily?

Thanks for any advice.

BTW... I am really enjoying all of the info that this forum has to offer. I will be attempting a few minor fixes that are detailed here on my not-moving antenna and slow-moving tailgate glass. I'll let you know how they turn out.

The front bumper is held on by 4 like 20mm bolts and there are 2 bolts/brackets that are hidden near the corner of the bumper that will likley break when you try to remove but you can get them from toyota for like $5. that all that is holding your bumper to the front of your truck 6 bolts.

The bumper and valance come off as one unit then you can remove the valance easy.

Don't forget to take the park light/turn signal bulbs out before you remove the bumper they just twist out.

I have taken my bumper off allot so if you need help let me know.

I can take pic's too if you need.

The grill is held on by a bunch of little clips that you push down on with a flat head screw driver and pull out on.

Here is a fix for your power antenna that i wrote up a week ago.

Do a search for the rear window.

I popped the clips on the top edge of the grill but I can't figure out how to get to the ones on the lower edge. Do I need to take the bumper off to get to them?

Long screw driver to press the tabs down as you pull out on the grill or take the bumper off.

Thanks, Mike. Pulled off the bumper to get to 'em.

The front of the truck looks great now. New clear corner lights, clear bumper lights, silverstar bulbs, valence, and 1 new headlight. All for $220 with shipping included.
