Hey: There are plenty of replacement 4 runner carpet suppliers in the USA but I've looked for months for suppliers north of the 49th. Thought I'd let you know I've found one in Ontario.
Oddly enough a company out of Alabama put me on to NOSreproductions. 1 800 667-6200. Very professional and quick service - real person on the phone. Small company located in London, Ontario. You won't find them on Google so thought I'd share through the forum.
