HokieRunner
Herndon, VA (Northern VA)
plenty of tools, towing equip, etc. Given my locale...I can't foresee many folks in distress (help I'm high centered on a freeway median?!) but even if you need help wrenching, hit me up.

Minus well throw that on there as well. That way, if you're in a "fúck me" situation, you can just call and I can get out there quicker. Don't really hear the e-mail notifications....
Mostly ENC area, but can be just about anywhere in NC in 6-8 hours.
Uhwarrie is 4 from me in Jacksonville, and 1.5 from Hickory when I go that way.
Don't have a problem helping people wrench either.

Another site I am on did this one time. We had one or two people that had names, numbers and how they could help, place to stay, tools, shop, tow truck, etc.. We made a map with locations of everyone that signed up. We had a business card sized file made with the list holders name(s) and numbers, email, etc. if someone had a problem the would call one or two numbers and the person could get that person in contact with the closest people that may be able to help. This keeps everyone's information private and gives each person peace of mind when they travel that they might be able to get help if needed.

You can put me down. I'm located in north county San Diego. I don't have a winch, but I have a recovery strap at least.

That's awesome. I'm more than willing to do that. I'm not so handy on making maps though, I don't have a program to do it and I wouldn't know where to start.
But yeah that would solve the privacy issue. That's why I just posted "PM them and hope they respond quickly" lol since most members PM's go straight to email, which then forwards to their phone. I can keep a phone number database though, so anyone who wants to just shoot me a PM with their phone number and I'll start a database.
Obviously the list is just beginning but are there any long-term, reliable, up-standing, trustworthy, prominent members who want to be a go-to guy/gal? We'll need at least another person to have the phone number list in case I'm on a trip or hard to get ahold of.

Throw me down for So-Cal also with Kraze. The least I can do for already being rescued once.

Google maps would work.

I am in Brooklyn, NY not much to get stuck in around here but I can get to northern NJ, western Ct, or Southern NY with in a couple hours.
I only have tow straps, and a few tools but am willing to try and help.
