Personal vendetta? I don't know about that. I've pretty much moved on from the fact that they sold me a product that does not fit, and refuse to respond to me about that. I want to make sure no one else follows the same path that I did of thinking it was a cool product and not looking up anything about their poor customer service and failure to stand by their products. I thought the best way to perform that service was to note the issue I, and many others, have had on the threads here that talk about the company.
