The three speed. Actually, the case that's in that one is mine....my buddy's still saving up for his. Didn't really need the extra strength....I've got a 5.0 Atlas II in the buggy in my avatar hooked via an OTT adapter to a beefed up version of the Toyota front reduction box and cryo'd 2.28 gears. No issues with that setup....just wanted 3 speed capability in a small package. The Atlas 4 Speed is too long and I'm not wild about the planetaries in the rear case. Stak went under and had problems with their shifters popping out constantly anyway. This set up will allow you to really crawl with complete control or hit an easier trail without needing super low....or if you plan to run the dunes or need more wheel speed on a waterfall, the closer to factory low range will be an asset in those situations.
