Old rotor and caliper. There was decent meat on the old pads, but upon further inspection they were wearing unevenly and glazing. The rotors were scar
Another closeup of the old rotor (drivers side), which was pulling quite a bit to the left.
Bolt off, bolt on. It's that simple.
Those calipers look hungry for some rotor...
The brake shroud essentially crumbled to the floor. The truck was from Nova Scotia, so lots of salt present.

Curious, I know before 2003 the 231mm brakes were rather rare on the Tundras. Do you have any info on the donor truck? Packages or anything?
