Scion/Pioneer T1808, out of an '08 tC. Remove the amp that is in our T4R and then it's plug and play. It has the CD port and aux/iPod port in the back. I bought a GTA Car Kit for Toyota and hooked it up to the CD port in the back of the stereo. The kit comes with an iPod cable with which you can then use the HU controls. With the included 3.5mm jack cable you have to control your iPod or phone from the device. Nice that a voice announces the artist and title of the song with the 3.5mm cable.
The overall width of the 1808 is 7.9" so the opening has to be enlarged. In the photo you can see that the area around the stereo is wood grain not black paint. I discovered that the paint is applied over the wood grain. I was using denatured alcohol to prep for a touch up and the black paint kept rubbing off more and more. That's when I realized the entire piece of dash trim was wood grain. I repainted the dash trim this weekend, it hides the seam line of the stereo better. I'll post a picture when I get it all together.
